Through the transformation of the coiler of the cold rolling production line unit, the new coiler head positioning control system was added, which significantly improved the appearance quality of the product and effectively improved the machine composition rate.

 At present, the market demand for thick gauge hot-dip galvanized sheet is strong and the added value is high. After the company successfully developed the product, the user responded well and the demand was stable.  However, when the unit is producing thick materials of 1.5 mm or more, after the coiler is wound into a roll, obvious quality defects occur and the machine composition rate is lowered. 

 To this end, the company's technical staff repeatedly visited the site for analysis.  At the same time, the electrical technicians have modified the control system and added a new head positioning control system, so that each time the coiling is taken, the lead can be smoothly embedded.  After trial tracking and optimization, the leading position and actual error have reached the production process requirements, and this quality defect has been basically eliminated.
